High Temperature Insulation
1. Introduction :
Our Thermal Insulation products are for the high temperature coatings for Anti-corrosion & Thermal insulation. These products offer temperature resistance from -196ºc to 650ºc and are the first in INDIA to do so. These products enhance the service life of your assets incrementally. THE COATING COULD BE CARRIED OUT AT SITE WITHOUT SHUTDOWN FOR WORKING TEMPERATURES UPTO 200OC. The coatings last lifetime with a minimal cost maintenance in a gap of 3/5 years depending on the site parameters.

● In the event of an order, we will supply the product and provide initial application assistance.
● Site Requirements: Power Source, Water Supply, Scaffolding (if required).
● Special tools and tackles to be provided from the client’s end.
5. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) :
● Surface cleaning by an appropriate method depending on site conditions, accessibility, and convenience.
● Application of Thermal Coating with a brush.
● Wrapping with Fibre Bonding Tape.
● Re-application of Thermal Coating to achieve required thickness.
6. Site Parameters :
● Pipe Diameter: Any.
● Length: Any.
● Surface Temperature: 70°C to 400°C.
● Shutdown Requirement: Not required if surface temperature is below 200°C.
7. Safety Features :
THERMAL COATING is a product which is nontoxic in nature.
In case of fire, TC coating acts like a non-contributing element and converts into non-flammable ash.
THERMAL COATING is an environmentally friendly material and could be easily disposed of anywhere without any hazard.
THERMAL COATING is safe against UV.
No smoke toxicity.
8. Quality Features :
● Sustains up to 400°C.
● Qualified against salt spray test for corrosion resistance.
● Good Hardness (4B) → withstands minor damage.
● Strong surface adhesion → resists mild impact.
● Can be directly applied on hot surfaces (avoiding shutdowns).
● Strong bonding against heat cycles.
● Resistant to rain.
● Withstands hot water up to 90°C.
● Can be applied with or without wrapping tape, depending on SOP/application.
