5. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

 

● Surface cleaning by an appropriate method depending on site conditions, accessibility, and convenience.
● Application of Thermal Coating with a brush.
● Wrapping with Fibre Bonding Tape.
● Re-application of Thermal Coating to achieve required thickness.

6. Site Parameters

 

● Pipe Diameter: Any.
● Length: Any.
● Surface Temperature: 70°C to 400°C.
● Shutdown Requirement: Not required if surface temperature is below 200°C.

● Nontoxic in nature.
● In case of fire, acts as a non-contributing element and converts into non-flammable ash.
